We are offering one of our foundation broodmares for sale in foal.
\n“Sandhills Glint”
\nThis lovely mare is from the same dam line as Sandhills Special!
\nGlint is a full sister to “Sandhills Brillaire” who won Adelaide 4* in 2012 and also “Sandhills Glamour” who has bred some lovely jumping and eventing horses currently being campaigned by James Mooney and Emma Mason.
\nGlint is by Staccato (Salute) and has the thoroughbred lines of Sir Ivor, Galverston, Beuna Shore, Pacific Prince and King of Babylon.
\nDOB 1\/1\/06 12yo
\nGlint has bred some lovely horses for us with both frozen semen and live cover and has even run in a paddock with a young colt and gone in foal. She is the dam of Sandhills Sensation and Sandhills Shimmer to name a few and we have 2 young fillies by Christian.
\nWe have decided to keep 2 of her fillies and we aren’t able to keep all of the broodmares we would like due to the drought.
\nShe has a positive pregnancy test to Biwa XX who is by Lonhro, due 9 Jan 2020. Biwa breeding below. Glint is unbroken.
